Optimus Vu by LG finally confirmed its presence by releasing images of the tablet mobile devices. Devices passing of form and function is similar to Samsung Galaxy Note will be launched in early March.

As reported Engadget, LG Optimus Vu will be showcased at Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Barcelona at the end of this month. However, the new LG product is officially released in South Korea in early March.

Optimus Vu has a width of about 90.4 mm, while the Galaxy Note is 83 mm. Despite having a greater dimension, Optimus Vu turns has a smaller screen, 5 inches, compared to the Galaxy Note that has a 5.3 inch screen.

Optimus Vu dimension wider is because LG has a screen ratio of 4:3 with IPS LCD XGA resolution (1,024 x 768 pixels). The screen ratio is also used on the Apple iPad tablet as well as sailing QVGA phones.

Samsung Galaxy Note use ratio 16:10 (1280 x 800 pixels). While the depth of the Optimus Vu screen is still around 256ppi, still less than the Galaxy Note 285ppi.

In the specification, its also similar to the Galaxy Note that 1.5 GHz processor, rear camera 8MP LED Flash and Auto Focus, 1.3 MP front camera and 32GB internal memory.

In addition, the OS is running Android OS 2.3 is Gingerbread. But after three months of the new OS was released, the device will also get the Android 4.0 OS Ice Cream Sandwich.

Connection supports the High Definition Multimedia Interface (HDMI), Digital Living Network Alliance (DLNA), direct WiFi, T-DMB and do not miss the 2080 mAh battery capacity.

Indeed, in addition to having similar functions and dimensions, Optimus Vu will also be equipped with a stylus pen (same as Galaxy Note). Its name Reobeodyum pen, the pen that comes from the rubber.

Optimus LG Vu also illustrates that this is the thinnest phone with LTE networks that exist in today’s market. I was so thin, the phone is suitable to be grasped in the hand or placed in a jacket pocket.

LG has not released pricing details of these devices, including the possibility to be marketed in Europe or the United States.
